Non-Wedding Event Rental Pricing
Full-Day Rental from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Our full-day rental gives you up to 12 hours to set up, decorate, celebrate, and clean up without feeling rushed.

Please note: The upper barn and bridal and groom suites are not included in our non-wedding event rentals.
Alcohol & Bartending
If alcohol of any kind is served at your event, a mandatory $500 bartending fee will be added to your rental total.
All alcoholic beverages must be served by our professional bartending service, Drink Divas. This requirement applies to all events serving alcohol, including beer, wine, champagne, and mixed drinks.
All non-wedding event rentals are offered at a flat daily rate. Whether your event lasts three hours or the full 12 hours, the rental price remains the same. Rental fees are not prorated for shorter events.
All decorating, vendor setup, event activities, and cleanup must take place within your rental period of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
